Online Booking Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the Movies of Delray online booking system, hereby referred to as the Service. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your booking.

1. Our Use Of Third Parties
By agreeing to use the Service, limited information about your browsing activity will be shared with Your Cinema and Google Analytics. This information includes but is not limited to: your IP address, browser information, navigation history within our page, etc.
2. Eligibility
To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
3. Booking and Payment
All prices are in USD. A booking fee may be applied at checkout. Payments must be made using the available payment methods at the time of booking.
5. Ticket Confirmation
Upon successful booking, given you have provided a valid email address, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking and ticket details. Please print or display this email at the box office upon arrival; otherwise, you will not be permitted entry into the theater.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as required by law.
In the event of a screening cancellation by the cinema, please check with the box office in person.
The booking fee is not refundable under any circumstances.
Refunds for bookings may be collected in the form of cash, a voucher, or a digital gift card, depending on the scenario.
Online tickets may be forfeited if you do not arrive by 5 minutes after the scheduled showtime to a sold-out show. If this occurs, you will be provided the opportunity to swap your ticket to another show at no cost, or to receive credit for the ticket price (not including any applicable fees).
7. Changes to Bookings
Changes to bookings (e.g., change of date or time) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

8. Cinema Policies
8.1. Users must comply with all cinema policies, including age restrictions for certain films.
8.2. The cinema reserves the right to refuse entry to any person failing to comply with these policies.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Movies of Delray is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our online booking system.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
